We do not contact customers via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or any other platform requesting money in exchange for prize winnings or rewards. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Spiritual Aura and asking for payment, please do not respond.
Spiritual Aura never asks customers to:
Transfer money to any bank account
Make payments in the name of any individual
Share confidential information such as bank details, card numbers, OTPs, or passwords

Non-Returnable Items
Products categorized under Malas and Crystals are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No Returns or Exchanges for:
Change of mind or personal_toggle preference
Minor visual flaws
Packaging concerns
Slight colour or size variations
We strongly recommend reviewing product images, descriptions, benefits, ingredients, and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Damage, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Spiritual Aura is not liable for damages after delivery unless supported by valid proof.
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To raise a claim for:
Missing items
Damaged products
Breakage
Incorrect items
You must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video should:
Clearly show the sealed package
Capture the full unboxing process
Display all contents and highlight the issue

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements (subject to company approval) will be processed only for:
Out-of-stock items
Damaged products
Missing items
Incorrect products received
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
Damage due to improper use or negligence
Incorrect application of the product

Additional Guidelines
If a package appears tampered, damaged, or defective, do not accept it from the delivery partner.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. Requests after this period cannot be processed.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
