We encourage customers to review all product details before purchasing. Refunds or returns for reasons such as dislike, size/color mismatch, or minor imperfections are not permitted.
3. Order & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Malas and crystals are non-returnable.
Refunds/replacements are only provided if:
The item is damaged, missing, or incorrect (validated via unboxing video).
The order was not delivered within 15 days from the order date.
A mandatory unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is required to raise claims for missing, broken, or incorrect items.
Refunds will not cover delivery charges or discounts applied during the original purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using reputed delivery partners.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.
If your package is tampered, opened, or damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 48 hours.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
You will not interfere with the website’s security features or attempt to access unauthorized data or systems.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Fraud Warning

If you receive such messages, do not respond or share personal/banking information.
